ABOUT
JIMMY
Yorkshire born and bred, Jimmy discovered his taste for good food from an early age.
Growing up with a Spanish father who taught him to appreciate big, bursting flavours and how to build fire pits to cook all sorts of things over heat, every season he’d go rambling up in the Spanish mountains and learn how to cook meat, fruit and veg to perfection over flames.
Today he not only brings feasts over fire to his seasonal pop ups, but has Jimmy Garcia Catering that are specialists in delivering unparalleled food experiences at outstanding private parties, events and weddings and deliver dishes that taste so good, they stop you in your tracks.
